Perth property development group Baltinas Made is set to unveil a new display suite for Camilla Residences, its latest landmark private residential building, under construction in Mount Street in West Perth.
The $28 million project, being built by PACT Construction, spans eight levels and sits alongside Baltinas Made’s Halo on Mount building, where the Camilla showroom opened to the public yesterday.
Baltinas Made founder and architect Barry Baltinas said the project was 40 per cent sold to Perth buyers.
“We’re getting strong interest from downsizers and those already sold on the incredible benefits of Mount Street living but who want a brand new home,” he said.
“As it’s unlikely we’ll see any other new developments on the riverview side of Mount Street in our lifetime, and as out sister project, Halo on Mount is now 100 per cent sold. Camilla presents a unique opportunity that transcends the ups and downs of the property market.”
One of the Camilla penthouses has already been snapped up, with once remaining. Both feature exclusive roof terraces boasting a swimming pool, chefs kitchen with barbecue, lounge, dining and entertainment areas.
“It’s certainly helped that buyers can see the quality of our finished product in Halo on Mount right next door,” Mr Baltinas said.
“It’s a second – to – none location tucked between the buzzing city and peaceful Kings Park, offering views of the Swan River and CBD, as well as the park.
“On top of the breathtaking views, it’s a stone’s throw to the dining and shopping precincts in West Perth, Subiaco and the CBD, as well as Elizabeth Quay, and Kings Park offers a one – of – kind backyard and fitness and recreational space for residents too.”
Camilla Residences’ apartments start from $855,000. The project is due for completion in April next year.
