The new Halo on Mount apartment development in the CBD will offer an environmentally responsible option for those looking for cosmopolitan and stylish inner-city living, according to the project’s architect.

Baltinas Architecture’s Barry Baltinas said the project was designed with long-term sustainability in mind, which he said would benefit investors as well as the environment.

“Sustainability is definitely the future of inner-city apartment living,” he said.  “Buildings that don’t address issues of sustainability will be far less desirable for resale in years to come.” 

More than half of the apartments have been sold, with construction due to begin soon.
