Baltinas and Mercedes Construction are proud to provide a construction update. The Challis building is so close to final completion and we look forward to unveiling the building exterior in the coming month.

• The end of September will see the completion of all apartment internal fit-outs to level 2, 3, 4 and 5.
• The exterior scaffold has started to come down from level 7. In the coming weeks the entire scaffold will be completely removed to ground floor. This unveiling will be a huge milestone and a final step to the buildings completion. 
• External works on level 2, 3, 4 and 5 is well underway and by the end of September will be completed, including tiling and some landscaping on balconies. 
• Solar panels have been installed to the rooftop.
• Completion is due late October 2022
